This Payment Policy explains how pricing, payment, and order acceptance work at THE HELVET.

Pricing

Prices are shown on the storefront in the currency displayed for the relevant market. For Denmark storefront pricing shown in DKK, VAT is included unless clearly stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include major cards, accelerated checkout options, digital wallets, PayPal, or other locally supported methods offered by Shopify or approved payment providers.

Payment authorisation

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders may be delayed, refused, or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or if a transaction is flagged for review.

Order confirmation

Your order is only accepted once it has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation from us.

Promotions and discounts

Discounts, offer codes, or promotional pricing apply only where clearly shown and active at the time of checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Chargebacks and abuse

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks relating to fulfilled orders and to refuse future orders where fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse is identified.
