How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on destination and the shipping option shown at checkout. Denmark orders are typically the fastest.
Will I receive tracking?

Are taxes included?
Storefront pricing for Denmark is shown in DKK and includes VAT unless stated otherwise.
Returns and Warranty
Can I return my order?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@thehelvet.com with your order number to start the process.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Cosmetic wear, misuse, and airline-handling damage are not covered.
What if my case is damaged in transit or by an airline?
Please email support with photos and your order number. We will advise on the next step and, where relevant, the correct carrier or airline claims process.
