Each THE HELVET case is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Faults affecting normal intended use
- Issues reported with clear photos and order details
What Is Not Covered
- Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or scuffs
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or airline handling
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
How To Get Help
Email support@thehelvet.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We review each request and share the next step as quickly as possible.
Outside the warranty period, we may still be able to help with troubleshooting, spare parts, or repair guidance depending on availability.
